Inspired by the ritual of creation better year by Max Simon I have used this ritual and decided to share it with you. Step 1. Look back and take your presents Look back at the last year, which were the most eventful periods you had, what you could learn and understand. For example, some of mine 1. I invested 2000$ into Greg Habstritt’s coaching program. It was very hard for me to assign these 2000$, I had been paying it off for several months, I limited myself in monthly expenses, but! it was worth the effort! As a result, I learnt how to create my ...
I have had such a conversation recently: L: -I have read a book – The Indigo Children, there was a boy who predicted the future. Many prophecies have been fulfilled already. There was such a thing… Me: -remember to pay attention to what can expand your energy! L: -to close my eyes to what is happening? Me: - many things happen every minute in the world, we can choose terrible things and extend them, but we can also choose something beautiful and extend it. The question is what do you choose? L: -surely beautiful! But what is going on worries me a lot as well… Me: ...
A lot of people get stuck in suffering long after the original challenge or struggle has passed. But some seems to get back on track very fast, even after big bumps in the road. Can we all learn someting from them? That was what Antiqua Libbey and Kristin Planinz thought when they decided to put together "The Art To Happiness" tele-summit, where more than 30 leaders and legends who have turned traumas into triumph in their own lives share their stories. I am very glad and honored to be part of this inspirational group, where I will share my own story how I ...

Inspired by the ritual for creating a better year by Max Simon, I have applied this and decided to share it with you. Step 1. Look back and note the positives Look back at the previous year. Dr. Maxwell Maltz has said: "I understand the critical necessity of doing. It is not enough to have pure knowledge, it is necessary to use the knowledge in the life. It is not enough to have a wish, it is needed to work." It is quite easy to be lost in plans, philosophies, strategies and tactics, but if we will not start to act, nothing will be done. There are people, who make agood plan instead of doing something and they never realize it. It is impossible to be developed without leaving the comfort zone. I know that acts destroy fears. It ...

Question from Vika I want to ask how to meditate on a dream? When I meditate, then don't think about anything. ... I would like to know my purpose, but how I can do it in a meditation? My answer There are many different types of meditation. In one you sit and don't think, in another you look at something or visualize it; for example, nature, or a mandala. Other techniques repeat some words. There are also guided meditations, when you get guided into your inner world. Some do physical meditations in dance and movement. In reality, each person can find a meditation ...
Trust and fear are very similar. Both of them require you to believe in things that you can not see. The things we fear lies in the future, and thus are things that have not happened yet. The same is true with confidence, we believe it will happen positive things in the future - although it is something that we can not see. Both trust and fear are only in our imagination. Which makes it all quite interesting, because it gives you a choice. I've found that most of what I am afraid before it happens, more often than not is really ...

I am very glad and honored to be part of this inspirational group, where I will share my own story how I managed to pick up the pieces after the death of my first child and break through the “battered woman mindset” I was born into.

There was a time in my life when I was a prisoner to my emotions. If someone were to ask me if I was happy, I would have said yes. Because intellectually, that was the right answer and I had my check-off list to prove it. Nice husband, check. Awesome baby, check. House, check. The list goes on…..

I know that acts destroy fears. It is much more difficult to take the first step. But if you do it, everything is getting much easier and more simple. It is much interesting for me to understand what I have to do next by taking my first step. All the fears disappear and new energy and determination appear. Even if the first step wasn’t successful, I make corrections and go further.

“Fantastic!”
- I look at the wonderful panorama view of the Mediterranean Sea from our balcony. I have enjoyed this view for the last 3 years and I feel blessed in my heart. My 21 month old daughter chatting in her baby language nearby. We wake up early, at 6.00 am, when sun rise.
First time I heard about vision boards was in the legendary movie “The Secret”, but at that time I didn’t create one.
Five years ago I attended a Goal Setting seminar. I had divorced my ex-husband and was alone. I very wanted to meet my man and get a baby. One part of the seminar was creating vision boards.
A few days ago I got a question from M.; “I read your article about fear, I liked it. I would like my brain to work like this, but it work completely different. I always prepare myself for the worst. I have lived with this for years. I don’t know if it is good or not. Maybe not, as you write. It has taken a lot of energy from me, but on the other hand, I don’t get frustrated with bad results, because I have been ready for them. May be I am simply a pessimist?”
My Answer
Your brain work in a natural way. The brain has three main parts, the ancient one is responsible for surviving and fears. The middle part handles your emotions. And the newest one is for thinking and analyzing. Another thing is that we can choose how to react and what to be attentive to. So it is a conscious choice and need training. When you expect the worst, your subconscious protects you from fear of frustration.
This can bring you more frustrations and misfortune in life. You will also lose your power, energy, and joy of life.
