Should I prepare myself for the worst?

A few days ago I got a question from M.; “I read your article about fear, I liked it. I would like my brain to work like this, but it work completely different. I always prepare myself for the worst. And my brain tell me it’s better I know that all will be bad, so I am emotionally prepared for bad result… but if the result turn out good, it will be a nice surprise for me, not a tragedy. I have lived with this for years. I don’t know if it is good or not. Maybe not, as you write. It has taken a lot of energy from me, but on the other hand, I don’t get frustrated with bad results, because I have been ready for them. May be I am simply a pessimist?”

My Answer
Your brain work in a natural way. The brain has three main parts, the ancient one is responsible for surviving and fears. The middle part handles your emotions. And the newest one is for thinking and analyzing. Another thing is that we can choose how to react and what to be attentive to. So it is a conscious choice and need training. When you expect the worst, your subconscious protects you from fear of frustration.

This can bring you more frustrations and misfortune in life. You will also lose your power, energy, and joy of life.

What to do?
Start to change your attention, thoughts, and habits, how you think your old way.

How to change?
There are different techniques. For example affirmation, subconscious programming, watching your inner dialogue, writing journal of thanksgiving and many others. It is good to remember that fear and expecting the worst is not profitable for you. Think about it every day. If you use all techniques for 90 days, it forms new habits.

In my blog I will tell more about different techniques!

Question
How to react on this… for example I am glad about future result and wait for it… and it doesn’t happen? I was pregnant, and for 3 months we did not tell anyone. And then, I told about it to our best friends. And the same day we got in a traffic accident. Or, when we were planning a baby, my husband told one of our friends that we could not create a baby for 1.5 year. Just from my experience I come to the conclusion that I need to keep all inside, never tell anyone and don’t expect a positive result. Another example: We were in process of buying an apartment. Didn’t tell anyone. We bought an apartment, even if this process continued for a full year. And all went well. But, I am sure if we told our friends there would have been problems.

Answer
These situations are created by your subconscious, because you have this belief.

Your beliefs and thought create subconscious programs. From these programs your subconscious creates your life situations.

All what you told here happened not because you were thinking positive and told another, but because you have this belief and subconscious program, that create these situations. This program and belief tells you that better not tell anyone and don’t wait any positive results to be not frustrated. And as you see, it is happening in your life all the time.

Change your subconscious programs through changing your beliefs and thoughts and your life will change.

When I started working with my subconscious and beliefs, I saw real changes in my life first after 2 years. Now the process is much faster. For example, from the question about my purpose, till getting some real results, as my blog, took 9 months. And this was a very big and important question. Smaller questions take much less time.
